I would definitely recommend Fiona Findlay to friends & also rely on All About Conveyancing for any future property sales and or purchasing requirements. We have just purchased an investment property in Port Stephens and being based in Sydney thought that remotely to arrange the transaction would be a difficult task however Fiona ensured the process was seamless and very easy to understand. The contract of sale was explained in detail very well in layman’s terms. Even when our deposit bond company fell short of their obligations, Fiona stepped in and advised almost hourly the considered steps to take to ensure we did not lose our purchase. This matter then very quickly became a very complex transaction in which Fiona managed excellently. The other great benefit is that the fee was fixed regard less of the additional communications needed on our deal, which t here were given the above issue. In addition, no charge was required if the sale fell through which provided us with a safety guard in the worst case scenario.
